At the end of each course, time needs to be taken to reflect on how it went and how it could be improved. Here are some of the questions that you can consider asking.
Questions
- What is the purpose of this course and how does it fit into the programme?
- What are we currently doing that is working well for students?
- How do we identify those students who are not doing so well? Do we analyse why this may be the case?
- To what extent are our programmes meeting the needs of all of our learners including Pasifika, Māori, and students with additional educational needs?
- What could be done differently?
- How do we know what needs to be done differently?
- What can we do in the longer term?
