This article will show you how to extract marked up PDFs using Foxit
When downloading the student work from Canvas, it automatically includes the annotations. The file name indicates this, as seen in this example.
To view the comments, you need to change the settings in your Foxit Window.
- Open the document in Foxit
- Select the Comments tab on the menu bar in Foxit and then select Summarize Comments.
- A pop up window will open. Select the option you want. I recommend using the option shown below, but you can play with this as you like.
This will show the following for the student work which you can then save and upload as evidence in your moderation folder.
