How To Find Your Phone Number on Microsoft Teams

This article describes how to find your phone number in Microsoft Teams. Only MIT kaiako and support staff have access to a Teams phone number.

Note: Versions of the Teams app may vary by user. Additionally, Teams offers several user customizations. Therefore, some of the images in this document may look different from your own Teams app.

Once you are logged into the Teams desktop app:

  1. Click on the Calls tab in the navigation bar on the left side of your working screen.
    • Your dial pad will be displayed in your working screen, next to the navigation bar on the left.
    • If you do not see your dial pad right away, click the Dial a number button to expand your dial pad.
  2. Your phone number will be located directly above the text box of your dial pad.
